Relating To Housing.

Abstract

Requires that new construction of publicly funded residential housing developed or financed on or after January 1, 2019, under the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation or Hawaii Public Housing Authority incorporate housing visitability standards. (SB2594 HD1)
